| For months I wanted to tell you about this wonderful model of Jeeg. I state that this is not a model of "industrial", but a beautiful custom crafted by the master product SchumyGo, a very good pattern of the Roman, for its line of custom "Super Robots Alternative Restyle.  The base resin is a commercial static Schumy which made various structural changes: in short, the model was made magnetic Moreover, their laying and have created their own accessories that were not present in the resin original (which was the only bazooka) and the stand.   The quality is absolutely fantastic, and I said (incredibly, this is a custom model) is perhaps the first time a magnetic model no stability problems, in fact, this is very stable Jeeg: picking up model, the "joints "Magnetic practically glued, but at the same time the robot is posabilissimo. Among other things, the particularity of this model is also in having ALL the magnetic coupling, not just some as in previous attempts Takara, Bandai (Jeeg Kotetsushin) and CM's (Gakeen) following the model split and two other classic poses .   
The realization is resin (there are obviously shares diecast), but at the same time the model is heavy, due to the strong presence of magnets and ferrous materials. The coloring is absolutely fantastic, as only an experienced modeler as SchumyGo can realize. The model is feasible in three colors: a normal, a pre-shading/weathering and black, that I chose and see in the picture is the pre-shading, even though all three are fantastic ... if the good Schumy reopen the reservations would be almost the idea of me ask the other two! Absolutely fantastic also the presence of weapons: SAR # 03 in fact includes a pair of piercing missiles, a pair of rotating disks and a bazooka in addition to three types of punches (open, closed and "united" to simulate the double-hammer drilling ).    Only flaw (if I may say so) is that the model is not industrial, it is certainly more delicate and must be treated carefully in this direction. We are all waiting for the future Jeeg CM's, but at the same time they are already certain that it will never reach these heights ... it means that I'll use the CM's to fight and play robottoni  I close with a confrontation with the Bandai model, the scale is similar so they are side by side. I refer you to the page on his site for more details on the model: Zone of Hobbies SAR # 03 Brief review written a few minutes after receiving the package, but since I will not have much time these days and we are very few to have received it in Italy, I wanted to share with you my first impressions.  As many know, missing the foam, and the two robots are contained in a transparent blister pack, but in any case, the box I came dented, as the blister is clear, however, reinforced by more points card, then the box is protected internally . Kurojishi: weighing about 400g so perfectly acceptable (as an example of Mazinger GX), the metal parts are feet (yellow part), the copribraccia blacks, all the bust-piece back (the black part, not the yellow), and some seam. I like the color, yellow is a good, live is nice. Tobikage: very light, weighing about 30g (pity, broke the balance, I'm weighing in Thermomix ..), the metal parts are apparently only the chest, the rest in convertible so small it can be. The robot is greatly Moreover, their laying. Transformation: I do not have time to evaluate it at the time, incorporate the article in the future.  Ultimately it seems a good buy, and I'm glad I will buy the remaining two outputs Tobikage; reference but a final decision as I have been able to test the transformation into a lion. Compared to the old model is certainly not revolutionary (processing and general appearance is similar), but has a number of improvements that reflect the evolution of Bandai products in the last 10 years.   The new model is more Moreover, their laying and sculpt in my opinion has a much more pleasant and aggressive, but the transformation is essentially identical.  In this sense, would make much more sense to call it GX-03R, but lately Bandai seems much more oriented to squeeze past the collectors using his line more attractive ... below I present a comparison between new and old model.  Ultimately, if you have the GX-03 can also settle for the old, but if you choose or you can buy them both ... GX-50 lifetime!

Only real flaw is the lack of accessories in the box "basic", this time Bandai has decided to include in a set limited (and expensive for us Europeans). To enhance the grandeur of the sculpt I planned on doing a photo taken from below, hope you like. Further update from Lucca Comics, with some crafts at the fair. Very interesting these six figurines in lead: the 3 left are replicas of those found in black Bandai GX (GX-01B to be exact, GX-02B, GX-04B), the third right (the 3 riders Getter Robo ) are made from scratch. The quality is absolutely identical to what is already manufactured by Bandai and I hope to see more soon.  In the following (in the same stand), the colorful statues and a great big head of Mazinger Z, PX-01X replica made of resin and colored: the effect is much more appealing PX-01X itself.   Some updates from Lucca Comics '09 just ended. Before the models I wanted to post some pictures of this beautiful cosplay taken from Gurren Lagann. The costumes are really beautiful to me, well made, wonderful example the mantle of Kamina, the fucilone, boots and ... the bra two sizes too small Just going to Yoko, the girl who plays the character is, unlike many other similar cosplay already seen, an appropriate way to effectively play a role as "challenging." With the next update you back to the models ... but this absolutely deserves. And finally here at the recent autumn we saw Tamashii Nations for the first time the prototype of Daitarn 3, probably in the schedule Bandai GX-53. A first observation personally find questionable implementation of the shoulders, thighs and profiling sculpt the face. We will see later if Bandai will change or not ... these points. Many would have preferred that Bandai engages in the production of this model given the good results obtained with the previous Baikanfu GX-39, but so ... .. yet it is to be "satisfied" than that produced by CM'S will not be the best, but it's still a Gordian! A first analysis seems to leave much to be desired proportions of the two inner mecha, and Delinger Protesser, as well as their ankles, almost without a joint. Questionable but better proportioned robot outer Garbin, who at first glance seem to suffer especially some macrocephaly. I personally believe that given the notoriety of the robot in our country at the end many will sell to the purchase provided an opportunity to find cheap. Height 30 cm, price 22,302 yen, which are yes and no at current exchange rates around 164 euros. Still unknown how many versions of the model which will CM'S free!
